Get the most from your MIS
If you’d like to get more from your Optimise products, you can upgrade to Optimise Support Advanced or Optimise Support Complete. Whichever you choose, you’ll have a dedicated member of the Service Management team work with you and your colleagues make sure you maximise your MIS potential. Both options include a number of support credits to use when and however best suits you. From helping new starters get up and running to technical health checks and bespoke training, our team is here to help you get the most out of your MIS. We can even apply new releases or complete end-of-year processes for you.
Optimise Support Advanced comes with 130 credits (85 for Primary schools) and Optimise Support Complete with 400 (365 for Primary schools). From an hour-long best practice session at 10 credits, to a full-day bespoke training at 260 credits, pick and choose what works best for you.
