Marian is GDST Data Systems Manager at the Girls’ Day School Trust, supporting 25 schools in their use of data systems and MIS. With over a decade of experience, including consultancy for 800 schools, she specialises in best practice, data standards, analytics, and training, empowering schools to maximise their data systems for improvement.
About Louise
Louise has over 25 years' experience in the primary sector, including roles as Deputy Head, Co-Head, and Headteacher. She has led on safeguarding, SEND, assessment, and pupil premium, and has taught across all primary age ranges. Louise’s leadership includes overseeing integrated resources for children with communication and language needs.

Ash has extensive experience as an MIS/Data Manager and school governor. His focus has been on using data to drive school improvement, support strategic decisions, and enhance student outcomes. Ash is passionate about purposeful data collection that leads to meaningful insights and impact.
