THIS COURSE HAS BEEN REPLACED BY NEW OFFICE USER - ESSENTIALS PART 1 and PART 2
The school office is the hub of day-to-day pupil data management. Using typical scenarios encountered on a regular basis, this course takes a new user through the main procedures for dealing with leavers and adding basic new starter data and importing/exporting Common Transfer Files (CTFs).
NOTE: We have recently updated our course names to better support our customers in finding the course they need, the course content has not changed only the name has been updated. This course was previously titled Managing the School Population.

Who is it for?
This course is for administrators that process changes to the school roll and export or import common transfer files (CTFs). A basic knowledge of SIMS is preferable but not essential.
